Celebrity cookbook

Why not give your leftovers a makeover?

Making the most of your leftovers is a great way to reduce food waste, so to help with ideas, we asked some of Surrey's famous faces for their favourite leftover recipes.  We also persuaded local chef, Carmela Tomkins to share some of her tops tips for reducing food waste.

The free celebrity leftovers cookbook features recipes from eight famous faces including, dancer, Camilla Dallerup’s ‘Bikse mad’ and TV cook, Prue Leith's 'french salad tiede'.
